DANIELLA
ANASTASIO

Daniella Anastasio is an associate at Jia Law Group with a focus on employment-based immigration, especially J-1, H-1B and PERM applications. 

​

She has assisted businesses in multiple industries, including those in the hospitality industry and marketing/business sectors to set up their J-1 visa programs for exchange visitors. She has also worked with numerous companies on H-1B and PERM applications. Additionally, Daniella assists in commercial litigation cases and trademark matters.

During law school, Daniella actively participated in student organizations and cultivated her passion for art and law. She was the Secretary of Brooklyn Law School(BLS) Art Law Association, Public Relations Chair of BLS Italian-America Law Student Association, a Member of Latin American Law Student Association and during her undergraduate career, a member of Alpha Kappa Psi, a professional co-ed business fraternity.

Prior to joining JLG, Daniella participated in internships and legal projects with DNIS, Al Otro Lado, the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, and Brooklyn Law School professors on work related to asylum, immigration removal defense, intellectual property law (focusing on copyright), and guardianship law issues.

Daniella speaks English and Spanish.
