职业移民排期变化

2022年2月职业移民排期表A中，EB-1仍表现为无排期；EB-2排期前进38天，来到2019年3月1日；EB-3排期较上月无变化，仍为2018年3月22日；EB-5直投表现为无排期，EB-5区域中心排期受法案到期影响暂不可用。

2021年10月起，职业移民表B已重新开放，申请人需使用表B进行身份调整申请。截至发文，美国移民局尚未公布2月身份调整申请适用表格。2月职业移民表B排期情况如下：EB-1排期仍表现为无排期；EB-2、EB-3排期均无变化，分别为2019年4月1日和2018年4月1日，EB-5直投表现为无排期，EB-5区域中心排期较上月无变化，为2015年12月15日。

2022年2月亲属移民排期表A中，所有排期均较上月无变化：F1（公民21岁以上未婚子女类别）排期为2014年12月1日；F2A（绿卡持有者配偶及子女类别）依旧表现为无排期；F2B（绿卡持有者21岁以上未婚子女类别）排期为2015年9月22日；F3（美国公民已婚子女类别）排期为2008年11月22日；F4（成年公民兄弟姐妹类别）排期为2007年3月22日。

2月亲属移民排期表B中，所有排期均较上月无变化：F1（公民21岁以上未婚子女类别）排期为2016年5月15日；F2A（绿卡持有者配偶及子女类别）排期为2021年10月1日；F2B（绿卡持有者21岁以上未婚子女类别）排期为2016年9月22日；F3（美国公民已婚子女类别）排期为2009年8月22日；F4（成年公民兄弟姐妹类别）排期为2007年10月1日。
