美国国务院公布了2020年3月最新移民排期，各类移民排期变化如下：
职业移民排期
2020年3月职业移民排期表A中，EB-1排期前进10天，来到2017年6月1日；EB-2排期前进31天，来到2015年8月15日；EB-3排期前进81天来到2016年3月22日；EB-5前进幅度最大，直投排期和区域中心排期均前进165天，来到2015年5月15日。

3月职业移民排期表B中，除EB-5之外，其余排期相较于2月均无发生变化，EB-1排期为2017年10月1日；EB-2排期为2016年8月1日；EB-3排期为2017年3月1日；EB-5排期直投排期和区域中心排期均前进214天，来到2015年12月15日。

亲属移民排期
2020年3月亲属移民排期表A中，F1（公民21岁以上未婚子女类别）排期前进47天，来到2013年10月8日；F2A（绿卡持有者配偶及子女类别）依旧表现为无排期；F2B（绿卡持有者21岁以上未婚子女类别）排期前进24天，来到2014年9月15日；F3（美国公民已婚子女类别）排期前进23天，来到2007年12月15日；F4（成年公民兄弟姐妹类别）排期较2月无变化，仍为2006年7月1日。

3月亲属移民排期表B中，F1（公民21岁以上未婚子女类别）排期前进78天，来到2014年6月8日；F2A（绿卡持有者配偶及子女类别）排期前进31天，来到2020年1月1日；F2B（绿卡持有者21岁以上未婚子女类别）排期前进23天，来到2015年5月15日；F3（美国公民已婚子女类别）排期前进24天，来到2008年8月15日；F4（成年公民兄弟姐妹类别）较2月无变化，仍为2007年7月22日。
