BIOGRAPHY
Chris is a Law Clerk at Jia Law Group and he focuses on litigation as well as general corporate matters. In the firm’s litigation practices, Chris has assisted in cases including commercial/residential landlord-tenant disputes, general contract disputes, worker’s compensation disputes and corporate matter litigations. Chris has also assisted attorneys extensively in advising and drafting corporate documents for prominent as well as fast-growing startup corporate clients.
CREDENTIALS
Chris Xue acquired his Bachelor’s Degree in law from China University of Political Science and Law in 2012. During his undergraduate study, Chris has interned at Center for Legal Assistance to Pollution Victims for four months during which his duties focused on providing free legal assistance to insolvent pollution victims throughout the nation. After graduation, Chris worked at a major law firm in Beijing as a legal assistant and assisted attorneys in various aspects of commercial litigation including legal document drafting, evidence compilation, and court appearance support. In 2016, Chris graduated with a Juris Doctor from UC Davis School of Law and he focused his studies on litigation studies and commercial legal matters.
