BIOGRAPHY
Maggie Wang is an Attorney in the immigration litigation department at JLG’s Flushing Office. Maggie assists and works with senior trial attorneys to represent clients in matters involving United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Board of Immigration Appeals and in federal courts. She also has experience in intellectual property law, especially patent law.
CREDENTIALS
Maggie got her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law. While she was in law school, she was the President of the Chinese Law Students and Scholars Association and the President of the Intellectual Property Law Society. She also participated in the family law clinic of her law school and worked at the New York State Science and Technology Law Center.
Maggie also possesses a Master’s degree from Duke University and a Bachelor’s degree from Tongji University in Shanghai, China.
