美国国务院公布了12月最新移民排期，各类移民排期变化如下。
职业移民排期
12月职业移民排期表A中，EB-1排期前进幅度最大，前进102天来到2017年5月15日；EB-2排期前进99天，来到2015年6月22日；EB-3排期本月无变化，仍为2015年11月1日；EB-5直投排期前进14天，至2014年11月15日，区域中心排期本月再次不可用。
12月职业移民排期表B中，仅EB-5排期前进133天，到达2015年5月15日；其他排期相较于11月仍旧无变化：EB-1排期为2017年9月1日；EB-2排期为2016年8月1日；EB-3排期为2017年3月1日。
亲属移民排期
12月亲属移民排期表A中，F1（公民21岁以上未婚子女类别）排期前进74天，来到2013年5月15日；F2A（绿卡持有者配偶及子女类别）依旧表现为无排期；F2B（绿卡持有者21岁以上未婚子女类别）排期前进31天，来到2014年8月8日；F3（美国公民已婚子女类别）排期前进24天，来到2007年11月8日；F4（成年公民兄弟姐妹类别）排期前进31天，来到2007年2月1日。
12月亲属移民排期表B中，F1（公民21岁以上未婚子女类别）排期前进75天，来到2013年11月15日；F2A（绿卡持有者配偶及子女类别）排期前进30天，来到2019年10月1日；F2B（绿卡持有者21岁以上未婚子女类别）排期前进31天，来到2015年2月8日；F3（美国公民已婚子女类别）排期前进30天，来到2008年5月15日；F4（成年公民兄弟姐妹类别）排期前进21天，来到2007年7月22日。
