餐饮业主如何正确规避法律“雷区”:法律风险座谈会8日圆满落幕

纽约时间4月8日下午,由美国餐饮协会主办,人力中心协办的餐饮业法律风险座谈会如期举行。JLG伯盛仲合律师事务所的资深合伙人作为本次的特邀法律顾问,为来自纽约、新泽西等地的餐饮业主讲解法律知识,解答法律疑问。整个会场座无虚席。

 

我所管理合伙人贾律师首先致辞,向所有与会的餐饮业主们表达了感谢,并简短地介绍了我所商业交易、商业诉讼、移民及劳工法务方面等主要业务。

本次座谈会上提及的代表性问题有:招聘过程中有哪些不能提及的问题;不同职位的员工小费抵工资数额是多少,是否因雇主规模而异;企业针对残疾人设立的无障碍设施有哪些细节的数值规定等等。雇主们需要熟知这些法律规定,才能在企业招聘、经营的过程中避免不必要的诉讼风险。座谈会在餐饮业主与贡律师的积极互动中画上了圆满的句号。
