施陽律師曾就職於高盛紐約總部, 負責全球銀行與市場部股票衍生品及交易業務的合規支持，涵蓋監管諮詢、內部政策制定及複雜金融產品的風險管理。她亦曾在華興證券紐約辦公室擔任高級合規及反洗錢官，並在中國銀行紐約分行和芝加哥大宗商品交易所法律部工作，積累了扎實的金融監管與跨境合規經驗。

施陽律師擁有紐約法學院法學博士（J.D.）及金融服務法法學碩士（LL.M.）學位，並獲得英國杜倫大學歐洲貿易與商法法學碩士學位。她持有紐約州及新澤西州律師執照。
