BIOGRAPHY
Vivian Chen is an attorney at Jia Law Group with a focus on employment-based immigration and family-based immigration. Her primary fields of practice include Adjustment of Status, Naturalization, Consular Processing, PERM, H-1B, L, TN, etc. Vivian has over 6 years of experience in various types of non-immigrant and immigrant petitions and she has helped numerous clients achieve their immigration goals. Additionally, Vivian also assists in Real Estate Transactions, Labor Law Compliance, and Criminal Cases.
CREDENTIALS
Vivian Chen acquired her Master of Law from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) and passed the New York State Bar Examination. During her time at law school, Vivian took part in Consumer Protection Pro Bono Legal Service program at New Orleans, Louisiana. Vivian also participated as an oralist in Price Moot Court Competition at the University of Oxford. Vivian graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Capital University of Economics and Business. After graduating, Vivian worked at one of the world’s most innovative law firms in Beijing as a legal assistant and assisted in numerous IP litigation cases.
