Global business activity is in a phase of structural realignment. Trade relationships are being recalibrated, industrial policy is increasingly deployed as a competitive instrument, and talent mobility has become a direct input into cross-border investment decisions rather than a downstream administrative consideration. These shifts are actively influencing where capital is deployed, how supply chains are configured, and how companies approach long-term operational footprint decisions.

Against this backdrop, we are pleased to note that Mr. Matthew Kolodziej, Immigration Partner at JLG, will be speaking at the American Immigration Lawyers Association Annual Conference as part of the Business Immigration Track.

He will join the panel “Made in America”: Increasing U.S. Immigration, which will address how shifts in trade dynamics and the continued expansion of U.S. manufacturing are shaping employer-facing immigration strategy, particularly in relation to workforce planning and cross-border talent mobility in the United States.
