E-2投资签证
E-2签证是美国签发给与美国维持通商及通航条约国家的一种投资签证，申请人可持此签证赴美发展或管理其已投入实质资金的企业。申请人可以与其家人(配偶及未满21岁的未婚子女，不论国籍)一同申请E-2签证，并获得工作许可。
E-2签证的申请条件：
1. 申请者必须具有条约国国籍；
2. 申请人的投资必须是可观的投资，且申请人在投资项目中扮演重要角色（有商业控制权，占股比例51%及以上）；
3. 申请人必须到美国发展或管理他的企业。
E-2签证的优势：
1. 没有名额限制，无需排期；
2. 审批速度快；
3. 可无限延期（E-2身份一般首次有效期限是2年，但只要投资者的公司处于正常运作，其收入超过投资者及其家属的生活费用，E-2身份即可无限期被延长）；
4. 拥有E-2身份的申请人的家属可以在美国取得工作权限；
5. 与E-2投资人同国籍的符合条件的员工也可以申请E-2签证。
